  • nPatient family/caregiver involvement is an integral part to achieve the highest standard of care.

ASSESSMENTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AND ARE AVAILABLE AT NO COST AND CAN BE PERFORMED IN THE PRIVACY OF THE HOME OR IN A FACILITY.

NSMC’S SENIOR CARE UNIT IS AN IN-PATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM FOR ADULTS AGE 55 OR OLDER.
  • nNORTH SUNFLOWER SENIOR CARE UNIT IS DESIGNED TO THERAPEUTICALLY TREAT PROBLEMS AFFECTING OUR AGING POPULATION SO THEY CAN MAINTAIN EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.
  • nTREATMENT USUALLY LASTS FROM 14-16 DAYS.
  • nSENIOR CARE ACCEPTS MEDICARE, PRIVATE INSURANCE AND SELF-PAY.
